What is the cancellation and refund policy?

When Armory Loft confirms a booking request from a guest, we are agreeing to reserve that space indefinitely and not entertain other requests. Guest cancellations create problems us because as the date draws closer to the start of the booking, our ability to rebook that space becomes increasingly difficult. We do understand that sometimes plans change for our guests and they may need to cancel a confirmed booking.

We have developed our cancellation policy so that it provides some flexibility for guests while still providing security for us at Armory Loft

As long as a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the booking start time, Armory Loft offers a full fee refund. If a reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the start of the booking, no refund will be offered and the full fee will be collected.

Very Flexible:

  • Cancellation is submitted up to 24 hours prior to booking start time — 100% refund

  • Cancellation is submitted less than 24 hours prior to booking start time — Non-refundable
